Bought a side of lamb last week + beef, had roast lamb for tea last night sooo yum. Hot roast lamb roll for lunch today. His meat really is tender.

Ordered 12kg of brisket for my brothers wedding and had a change of plans ended up having to get the meat nearly a week early and the staff couldn't do enough to help and make it happen. Absolutely stoked with the service and the quality of meat was the first main to go. And all at a great price, thanks heaps to Sebastian and Rhys -was delicious!

We bought some of Rhys 's new recipe for beef sausages… very tasty, little fat and very moorish. He had only been in his butcher shop 2 weeks but he was enthusiastic & positive about making a difference to the locals & travellers with his ideas for better quality & tastier meats.
